this was a replacement for a galaxy tab a 16 gb that had almost run out of memory. initially i wanted the tab a 7 10.1 64 gb but it was not on sale so i settled on the tab s6 10.1 lite 64 gb which was on sale on black friday. i didn't know if i would use the s pen as i have never had one before and have found it being used quite a bit. set up was quick and transferring files from the old tablet using smart switch was fast.. overall i am quite pleased with this tablet and definitely would recommend this tablet as well as samsung.

i do my online schooling, as well as my work from home job! never would of considered either of those on my tablet until my phone crashed and my laptop as well but it works amazingly well and will do what i need it to until i can replace my laptop and phone. i love how much lighter and non bulky it is compared to my old "tablet".. the spen is/ was my favorite thing about it though i love drawing and it made work related paperwork a breeze. my son loved it a little hard one day. i'll have to get me another.

this is a fantastic tablet. as an architect i use it a lot to sketch. i have paired that with a bluetooth keyboard and other than being able to use this like a computer i can also do virtual reality presentations on it. additionally, i can seamlessly connect it to the large samsung monitors in my office for presentations. in certain cases this tablet can replace a computer.

Touch Screen Defect (even after repair)

too many corners were cut in making this device. as a student, this was perfect for note-taking. however, i quickly noticed that the touch screen was sometimes inaccurate. certain areas of the screen were not accurate with the s-pen, making it very difficult to write on the tablet without noticing this annoying defect every time i wrote. see video for example. i requested service for the device and after waiting more than 3 weeks for the device to be shipped back, the tablet still had the issue. it is absurd to have to get a device repaired twice for the same exact issue. they also removed the device from my products for some reason. save yourself the hassle! there are clear quality control issues and cut corners that make this device a huge disappointment.

this tablet is metal and feels very well made. the speakers are loud and sound amazing. the screen isn't the best out there but still looks great especially with curved edges. android 10 out of the box runs great and the software is much smoother than it was on my previous samsung tablet. all of my apps run great! the s pen works well and makes it very easy to take notes. it also sticks to the top of the device (in landscape mode next to the volume buttons). cameras work fine and are definitely good enough quality for video calls. performance is great considering the price. many games have much less lag than my previous tablet. one of my favorite features is the built-in screen recorder, perfect for gameplay videos. overall samsung did an amazing job with the galaxy tab s6 lite!

after the update a core app, ghe files apo that's built into the device started to crash. it is an everyday thing, and it seriiusly impedes my work flow. i've chatted with two people and they help, but the solution is temporary before the files app crashes again. i mostly need it fir clip stufio paint, and besides that i'm nit able to access my files, or save new files to fhe device ss a result if ghis. i haven't had this device fir two months, and this is a major issue, especially for content creators. i love the device and it's use, i really do, and it would be higher than two stars if not for that one major issue. "sigh"

bought this tab s6 lite to replace my trusty workhorse but aging, non-updateable tab s2. a headphone jack, sd card capability, and great video are my primary must-haves. audio quality is very good. thin and lightweight. added a simple aftermarket case and stand as opposed to the s2, the shape of the s6 lite is longer and a bit narrower. i was concerned about quality of the non-amoled screen but was pleasantly surprised that the s6 lite screen is actually easier on the eyes for both reading and video. the setup was very easy to navigate. the samsung smart switch utility transferred my data and apps easily and quickly. overall setup, transfer, and installing updates took about an hour or so. the s6 lite arrived with android 10. i'm hoping for continued system and security updates.

Lags when screen sharing to TV

i finally made the switch from apple to samsung and was immediately disappointed. when i connected the device to my tv over bouetooth/ wifi, there was a drastic lag. in an attempt to remedy this, i purchased a usb-c to hdmi adapter and tried to plug in the device to my tv. this did not work and i was told by customer service that you cant plug this into a tv to make the display bigger like the s7/ any apple tablet does. sadly i had to return my s6lite and will probably be going back to an ipad.

i use it as a portable substitute for my desktop, for certain things, surfing the web, e-mails. it is replacing a tab s2. it seems very nice so far. it is quicker to navigate to websites than the s2, and overall it is very nice with one exception. compared to the s2, the display colors seem washed out/muted when the same website or even game is displayed side by side. i have turned off the blue light filter , which did help. recommend with the display caveat.

I was searching for a new tablet and I saw about the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and I decided to learn more about it. I've always seen some great reviews for the Samsung tablets and I got very happy with my new one. The network is great, I love that it comes with the pen, which helps a lot and I love that I can draw and coloring with it too. And it came with the book cover, which makes it easier to watch videos and coloring in it. I've had a couple of tablets before and so far this one is being the best. I was in the search for a tablet for my 6 year old daughter and then I got this great offer. I had my doubts in buying it because it was the double than I was expecting in spending for a tablet and specially for a 6 year old kid. Well I decided and bought it and let me tell you my daughter loves it!!! We received it within a week after buying it and it is super lite and it came with a magnetic case. I would've liked if the case would've been a shockproof case and with the case that came with is too thin and can easily break. The battery last for hours and the speed is impressive. My daughter mainly used to record her videos and view videos. It is was very easy to setup and we haven't had no issues as of today.

i love this tablet. i have been wanting to get into digital art for a while and my current tablet wasn't working for that. this tablet is perfect, especially with the included s pen! i recieved this as a gift and was surprised when i was learning about the tablet and reading different reviews on other places that were not too impressed by it. i love it and have been using it more than any other tablet or laptop i have. i dubbed it my artist tablet and i am very happy to use it for that. the s pen is great! no lagging that i have noticed. i got a case with a keyboard with it to do on-the-go blogging and it connected seemlessly and is going to work out great. so glad i got this tablet as a gift and would have bought it on my own if i had known about it!

i think this is a decent tablet for the price: screen is alright, battery life seems fine, and camera works as expected for a tablet. expandable storage is also a plus. it does get a little hot when writing and the pen seems a bit sensitive when writing/drawing. i really wish that the pen had replaceable tips as it seems to get damaged easily. the ram size is on the low side and the cpu is pretty weak so doing anything intensive will cause the tablet to lag, but it is perfect for taking notes and/or watching videos. i wish there was more software optimization and features (particularly in onenote) as things are lacking compared to apple.

lke all new products it is new and zippy. i have more storage than my last one. i do love the s pen as i have zombie fingers sometimes. the only thing i don't like about it is its so heavy. add on a case and the device is almost two lbs. makes me miss my tab s2 8 inch. makes holding it in the tub or any place i can't prop it up to read exhausting.

i have a note3 that my 3 year old neice is running around with that still works. i've had several samsung phones since that and have never broken a screen. this thing slid off the couch within 12 hours of purchase, denting the corner and shattering the screen. that's a 2 foot fall and it didn't land square on the corner. the frame is just flimsy and the glass is low quality. i bought this (~$300) to upgrade from my fire hd tablet (~$120). the s6 screen, when working, is not as nice as the fire's and the general fit and finish of the tab pales in comparison to the amazon tablet that cost a third as much.

i was actually experiencing a gradual loss of vision by using my phone, (a galaxy note 9,) to play my games and deal with most apps and emails. i have an old seven inch galaxy tab a, but it's so slow i preferred the phone. after getting my new pair of glasses, i found the phone was still less than optimum. when i looked around at tablets, (larger than just eight inches,) the tab s6 lite and its specs caught my eye. the price was ideal, as well. since i bought it, i don't squint when using it. i think my ophthalmologist will agree next year that my eyes have stopped aging as fast as the rest of me. thanks samsung

i like this tablet for its note taking ability. but the unavailability of official replacement tips for the s pen makes using the s pen more stressful. right now, if your s pen tip gets damaged after use there are only two options, 1. purchase a new s pen 2. replace s pen with an alternative stylus. i really wanted to like the s pen, but i am afraid that once it is damaged i will have to shell out $50 more to get a replacement. :-(

This Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, 64GB, Oxford Gray (Wi-Fi) with S Pen Is really nice. This is my very first tablet and I am Very excited about it. I used the Smart Switch feature (app) and added the things from My phone onto the tablet with just a few clicks. The tablet set up is now exactly like my phone! It's very lightweight and easy to use. And let's not forget about the battery life, GOODNESS it seems to lasts forever! The screen is big enough to actually watch television and movies. The browsing was easy and really quick. Memory can be added by using a MicroSD card! The cons I have is that the screen looks different from my tablet. It looks like a LED LIGHT vs the actual screen. Also where is my pen supposed to go? I have nowhere to store it. Lastly, you have to use a new SD card. It would not let me use a card I already had. Overall this Samsung tablet is a deal.

I've never had a tablet before, but I have to say, I am loving this Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite! Its the perfect size, lightweight and holds a charge for days. I do a lot of art and the fact that I can put all my apps on this tablet amazes me. It doesn't bog down like my phone does, and the pen it came with is perfect! The colors on screen are super vibrant. It took me a bit of searching to figure out how to turn the tablet off, but that was the only thing I had a hard time with. I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite for a month now and I am thoroughly impressed! I have been using another brand for years now and had been wanting to try Samsung so I jumped on the opportunity to get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. First of all its all in the name, this tablet is indeed for lightweight! It's sleek in profile as I had never noticed how heavy my other tablet is until holding the Galaxy Tab, and I love it for that simple fact but it doesn't stop there. This Tablet charges so fast I couldn't believe it! Not only does it charge fast but I can use it for a full day before needing to charge again. The setup was very easy to navigate which I appreciated because this is my first Samsung device. The picture screen quality is crystal clear. Now onto the pen, I am blown away by this pen! I design flyers on the side locally and the accuracy of this pen is everything I have been looking for. The precision of the drawings I can make is astounding! If you are looking into a tablet with a pen for drawings, designs, editing or anything in between get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite ASAP! This Tablet as includes Microsoft Office which I appreciate to get my work done. The tablet also has great sound quality compared to other tablets I have, you can turn up the speakers and hear sound far away. Storage capability is very good in keeping my documents as well as videos, apps, etc. I haven't had to purchase additional storage which I appreciate! Overall I am so impressed with the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite!

This is my first time using an android tablet. I really like the overall design of it. It's slim and lightweight. The size is perfect. You can slip into a mini backpack or small purse. It's a great on the go tablet. It was very easy to set up and install all my favorite apps. There are two places to get spa from so that was a difference I wasn't used to. There is the google store and the galaxy store. The streaming quality is fantastic. I was very impressed with the picture quality too. This lite version has less memory space but I feel like it's plenty for the typical user. I enjoy having another portable device other than my phone to take places to keep up with social media or watch movies in bed. There are lots of cool features as well than I'm still learning about. I would definitely recommend this over other tablets on the market.

I have to say i had a few tablets and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, 64GB, with the S Pen by far is the best. I like the 10.4 screen and the crystal clear display it's lightweight easy to use. And the S pen that comes with it is also great. And i bought a case with a keyboard and it works fantastic with the tab. All around it's a great tab to have.

What can I say about Samsung? I love to use Samsung products! This tablet is excellent. Works well, it has good storage capacity and the processor capacity is also good. It has most of the features like face recognition, lightweight and it comes with stylish pen that is very easy to use. I can say love it! I keep using it to test all the features and I love it. I like the camera, it's clarity is awesome. I took some pics using the zoom with awesome results. No blurriness at all! The speaker sound is also nice and clear. In full volume you can hear the music very nicely. I keep using every day and it has shown that the battery life is also pretty good. I used it for 3 hours straight and after that battery showing still you have 57% left and that is awesome. So i love this device and i highly recommend

I have this to my husband and he has been addicted ever since. He fell in love with the case that's magnified so there is no need to attach it to a sleeve or anything. It is a plastic cover that feels very thick and of good quality. He loves that there is a pen too! When you open the case to the tablet the pen is magnetically held on in the middle. I've never seen anything like This! The color is sharp, the tablet is super fast and setting it up to his phone was way too easy! It took seconds! How impressive! This surpasses any other tablet we have and that is on the market today!!!

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was a powerful tablet in a somewhat small size. It is a very sleek tablet and you can use the stylus to have a more precise control of it. The tablet ran a long time on the battery life it started with and charged with no issues. The apps were easy to install and worked great with the tablet. I like that I can easily take this with me on the go. The sound quality is exceptionally well I don't have to have the sound up very high and can still clearly hear the audio. The camera quality is great too not only does the camera itself capture quickly the quality is great it doesnt apperlar grainy. I love taking videos on it because it captures the sounds in the video perfectly. Storage wise this has done well in keeping my documents and photos/videos without needing additional storage.

Amazing pictures!!

I finally received my Samsung lite S6 tablet, first let me just state that the packaging was amazing. When I powered on the tablet for the very first time I couldn't help but notice the vibrant colors and how light weight the tablet was. Set up was very easy and user-friendly a child could do it. So the very first thing after set up I did was take pictures, and let me just tell you absolutely amazing! The pictures are so vibrant and clear, they really resemble professional pictures! I take the tablet everywhere with me it fits perfectly in my purse or my bag. We just went out of town and drove 5 hrs and after watching movies and playing games as well as doing some work the battery life was amazing! And we didn't have to charge the tablet up until late that night which was about 8/9 hours later. And the connection is even better, we didn't lose connection the entire time, I was very surprised how strong and smooth it ran. I would most definitely recommend this product to anybody that's looking for a new modern and sleek tablet! Thank you Samsung for a great product.

Just Wow!!!

This tablet is amazing! The price point, I was a bit nervous. I have never used a galaxy brand tablet before, so my expectations weren't as high as they should have been. But I was blown away!!! It is easy to set up, allowed mirroring to my galaxy phone and so quick! Battery power is stellar here as well, lasting the entire day while being used consistently for grab and go look ups and keeping the kids occupied on the go! The camera is comparable to the galaxy phone and o was impressed with that! I'm not used to a tablet being compared to to the phone on that quality level for a camera. The stylus that was with, we did keep loosing. I wish there was a better storage option for that, but in the grand scheme, that is small Apples. Internet access was a breeze when paired with my WIFI either at home or on the go. I love that it it so light and fits easily in my handbag! I am just impressed! And for the price, you seriously need this.

This is my first time trying a Samsung tablet and I'm definitely impressed by its design. I love the included S pen since I like to hand write things and doodle randomly sometimes. It's also very useful when I edit photos and create contents. This tablet has so many features I'm exploring more everyday! (a tutorial would be nice!) The book cover is another really cool accessory for the tablet because it's magnetic and very well made. It serves as a stand by itself since you can bend it certain ways. The tablet screen size is perfect for me to take on the go (instead of hauling my laptop around). It's great for pretty much everything! Including watching videos, checking emails, reading e-books, and all the daily tasks. The screen is very clear looking but can get quite smudgy, which is to be expected with any touchscreen device. The long-lasting battery life is another plus that makes it great for traveling. Lastly but not the least, I absolutely LOVE the fact that it has a microSD card slot!! For me that hugely increases the productivity value of this tablet. The one and only downside I have experienced so far is that this tablet is a bit heavy especially when I use it for reading. It's not the most ergonomic to hold with or without the case on. My hands do get tired from holding this up. This tablet is so close to being perfect!!
